Mr. Stick's Herb & Garlic Compound Butter


A compound butter — a stick of butter seasoned with herbs, garlic or shallots — is one of the most versatile things to keep on hand. You can store it in the freezer, then slice it whenever you want to add herby richness to a dish. Use it on steak, fish, chicken or even mashed or roasted sweet potatoes. And Mr. Stick's Steakhouse Seasoning makes it easier than ever to keep this savory essential on hand. With our blend of herbs, spices, onion, shallots, and garlic, the perfect compound butter is possible in just the flick of the wrist.

What You'll Need

  • A Stick of Room-Temperature or Softened Butter 
  • Mr. Stick's Steakhouse Seasoning- Herb and Garlic
  • Parchment Paper  



  1. Cut your butter into tablespoons. This makes it easier for you to mix. Using either salted or unsalted it up to you! 
  2. Add about 1 Tablespoon of Mr. Stick's Steakhouse Seasoning- Herb and Garlic to the butter and mash together. 
  3. Spoon the butter onto a piece of parchment paper, form into a log and wrap well. Chill for at least 3 hours before using.
